Customer Review: Nice Girl’s Sports Watch
I bought this Casio Baby-G for my college age daughter whose older Baby-G finally wore out after 11 years (crystal scratched, band worn, battery dead). This new Baby-G has a strong plastic band and the color is beautiful. The only thing I personally don’t like is the adjustment buttons. They still seem too stiff and hard to adjust (need to press hard). And, the second time mode is not particularly useful in my opinion. Otherwise, the watch is fine and low cost.
Customer Review: Don’t buy! Casio doesn’t honor waranty
I had this watch for 11 months when one of the buttons fell off. I returned it to Casio, thinking that they would honor the waranty, but NO! They wanted to charge me $40 to glue the button back on, and they wanted to charge me $7.95 just to return the watch to me broken! They gave me some lame excuse about why a button that is vital to the functioning to the watch is not covered under waranty, but the bottom line is: I provided the receipt and all of the info that they required but they said that the button is not part of the parts that is covered. BOGUS! Do not waste your money.
